Due to the intangible and replicable nature of digital products, all sales of digital items are final once you:


  • Access the content (e.g., log in to the course platform),
  • Download any files, or
  • Activate the digital service.

Physical Items (if applicable)

Return Process

  2. Approval & Instructions: If approved, we’ll provide a return address and shipping guidelines. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective/damaged.

Damages & Order Errors

Refunds (Physical Only)

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days via your original payment method.
  • Allow 3–5 additional business days for your bank to post the refund.
